In 1995, Paul & I moved our family to Oconee County and I decided to start a new career in real estate.  I started out with a small agency in Watkinsville.  Not being all that familiar with the area, it was a great place to start but after a year, I decided that RE/MAX was where I wanted to be.  I knew the name recognition, excellent reputation, and networking opportunities at RE/MAX would support me in helping more clients with their needs.  In July of 1996, I transferred to RE/MAX and wouldn't consider working with any other company.  Our broker, Faye Kemp, is an excellent manager and is always available if needed. In 1999, I earned my brokers license.  I have no plans to open my own real estate firm, but enjoy learning all that is available to me.  I have also completed the e-PRO and GRI, Graduate Realtor Institute courses and intend to start on another series of courses soon.
