CHAPPELLE GALLERY: Chappelle Gallery was opened in 2001 by Jerry & Kathy Chappelle after the Haygood House was restored over a 2-1/2 year period. The gallery features American cRafts. All the artists have a National reputation. Works include pottery, blown glass, stain glass, wood, wrought iron, candles, paintings, pen and ink drawings, spiritual dolls and other selected fine art work. OCAF
: Oconee Cultural Arts Foundation started in 1994 as a as an all-volunteer and not-for-profit arts center in Oconee County. Annual cultural arts festivals, ongoing art exhibits, classes for children and adults, and musical and theatrical performances highlight OCAF's schedule of events. OCAF supports artists and crafts persons in the region by providing a venue for exhibits and sales of artwork and craftwork and by educating the community to increase the interest in the arts.
