The homes were built in the 1970-1980s and Cedar Creek has always been a popular area for UGA employees. There are ranch style, Cape Cod, and traditional two story homes with exteriors of brick or masonite siding. Interiors usually have some hardwood floors and carpet but you may find options for homes with all hardwood floors.
